ARTICLE 20 – REFUND POLICY AND WARRANTY
20.1 3-month warranty
All software purchased from Rikstock's comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, if the customer encounters a problem with the software, they can request:
A replacement of the software in the event of a proven malfunction, after technical verification.
A full refund if the problem stems from software incompatibility with the user's system or an unresolvable defect.
20.2 Conditions of application
Refund or replacement will be made subject to the following conditions:
Customer must provide valid proof of purchase.
The problem must be reported to our customer service within 3 months of purchase.
The software must not have been used in an abusive, illegal manner or in a manner contrary to the software provider's terms of use.
A check will be carried out to ensure the problem is resolved before any action is taken.
20.3 Procedure for requesting a refund or replacement
For any request for reimbursement or replacement, the customer must:
- Contact our customer service at contact@info-rikstocks.com
- Describe the problem encountered precisely.
- Provide evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
- Wait for the request to be reviewed and the proposed solution to be validated.
Processing requests may take up to 5 business days after receipt of all necessary information.
20.4 Exclusions
No refund or replacement will be made in the following cases:
The software works correctly but no longer meets the customer's needs.
Incompatibility results from outdated hardware or a system that does not meet software requirements.
The problem is caused by improper handling or violation of the software's terms of use.
