8.1 – After-sales support
Rikstock’s provides comprehensive technical support for all digital software sold, to ensure their proper functioning.
In case of a malfunction confirmed by our technical team, you may request:
a free license replacement, or
a full refund if no technical solution can be offered.
8.2 – Eligibility Conditions
A request for assistance or refund is admissible only if:
proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided,
the problem is reported within a reasonable time after purchase,
the software has not been fraudulently activated or used in violation of the publisher's terms,
the malfunction is confirmed by our technical service (system error, impossible activation, proven incompatibility despite compliance with technical prerequisites).
8.3 – Request Procedure
For any request, please contact our customer service at
support@rikstocks.com , specifying:
your order number,
a detailed description of the problem encountered,
the necessary supporting documents (screenshots, error message, system configuration).
A response will be provided within 5 business days after full receipt of the file.
8.4 – Exclusions and non-refunds
No refund or replacement will be issued in the following cases:
the product was correctly delivered and works, but the customer simply wishes to cancel or change their mind,
the software is incompatible with hardware or a system that does not meet the technical prerequisites,
the problem results from incorrect installation, non-compliant use, or a handling error.
8.5 – Right of withdrawal for digital content
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered electronically once the customer has:
given their prior consent for the contract to be executed immediately (download or activation of the key), and
expressly acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal from the moment of this execution.
When ordering, the customer expressly confirms this waiver to immediately receive their activation key or download link.
In case of a proven malfunction of the product (impossible activation, technical error confirmed by our support), a replacement or refund may be offered under the conditions specified above.
Rikstock’s makes every effort to guarantee the reliability of its digital products. However, we cannot be held responsible for indirect consequences related to the use of the products or services provided, including (but not limited to) data loss, service interruptions, software incompatibilities, or damages resulting from incorrect configuration, inappropriate use, or unmet technical conditions.
The user is solely responsible for verifying product compatibility with their technical environment before purchase.
